Though one must be discerning

Especially with one’s grub

Anyone can serve a beer
pour you ale or serve you wine
but when it comes to eating out
check for a level water line

Look for staff who smile a lot
it shows how much they care
then check for smiling customers
At ‘Fylingdales’ their normal fayre
